When will my order be processed?
When your order is received, it will be processed within 1 business day.
How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?
Once your order is received, an order confirmation will be sent to the email
address that you have specified. Upon authorization of your credit card and
processing of your order, a shipping confirmation will be sent to that same
email address upon shipment of your order. Most in stock orders are shipped
within 1 business day of being placed. Standard Delivery can take between 7-10
business days.
My order should have arrived by now. What should I do?
If you entered a password at the time that you placed your order, simply provide
your information in the order tracking section above. Otherwise, please contact
The Consumer Link at
customerservice@theconsumerlink.com and we'll be happy to track your
order.
How do I know if I am ordering on a secure site?
The Consumer Link encrypts your personal information, such as your credit card
number, when transmitting over the Internet using SSL. When your browser is in
secure mode, you will notice an unbroken key or lock at the bottom of the page.
What are you going to do with my name and order information?
The Consumer Link does not rent or sell any personal information from Web orders
or any off-line orders to third parties. For more information, see our Security

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
When you make a credit card purchase through us, you will see charges to The
Consumer Link on your statement.
How do I return a product that I purchased on-line?
It's easy to return an item for an exchange or refund. Indicate the reason for
your return on the back of your packing slip. Please repack your order, enclose
the packing slip, secure the package and mail to:

We'll credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping
charges are non-refundable.
Medical items, dietary supplements, and perishable food items can not be returned, once opened.
Do you ship internationally?
The Consumer Link Online Store ships most in stock orders to the U.S., U.S Territories and APO addresses only.
For international customers, we can accept orders by phone or fax. By telephone, the number is 203-922-7902 or by fax is 704-987-8329.
Certain items may be restricted for international locations and we may not be able to ship to certain countries.
We recommend that before ordering, you review the product offering and pricing. All orders are processed in U.S funds. Please note that shipping and handling charges will be calculated at the time the order is processed. The shipping charges on our website are for Domestic Shipments only.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Please check with the customs department in your country about its importation policies to avoid unexpected customs fees or duties. The Consumer Link is NOT responsible for any sales taxes, customs duties or other taxes charged by your customs department.
